The free Club plan includes unlimited events and races, full course and mark management, GPS track upload and playback, a dedicated club subdomain, and email support. It's everything you need to get started with digital race management.
Yes! You can upgrade at any time from your club admin dashboard. All your existing data, races, and results will be preserved. Upgraded plans unlock additional features like live tracking, online payments, custom branding, and API access.
Contact your club's race officer or administrator and request an invite. They can send you an invitation link via email that will allow you to create an account and join your club's portal. Once joined, you'll be able to view races, register boats, and track your results.
Yes, security is a top priority. Each club has its own isolated portal with role-based permissions. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow modern security best practices and regularly update our systems. Your club's data is never shared with other clubs or third parties.
Club Regatta supports a wide range of handicap systems including RYA Portsmouth Yardstick (PY), IRC, PHRF, Time-on-Time (TCF), SCHRS, and custom local handicaps. You can configure which systems your club uses and even create your own rating formulas.
